How do i change password?

Question

• I want to set a new password thru iforgot
• How do i change my password on my mail account?

Environment 

• iforgot

Answer

1. Go to iforgot.granitor.se
2. Enter your Midroc email
3. Enter the characters from the picture
4. Click Next
5. Click on I forgot my password
6. Click Next
7. Choose Text my mobile phone
   Note!  Make sure it's the correct phone number that is listed
8. Enter you phone number
9. Click Text
10. Enter the 6 digits that are in the text message
11. Click Next
12. Choose Approve a notification on my authenticator app
    OBS! If you don't have a smartphone, choose Text och Call instead 
13. Click on Send Notification
14. Approve the request on your authenticator app
15. Enter a new password
16. Click Next
